We want you to be confident in every piece you order from Noxra. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • in original condition
  • with all tags/labels attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour (for non‑POD items), we can arrange an exchange if stock is available. Exchanges follow the same 14‑day window and condition requirements.


Made‑to‑Order / POD Items

Our beanies, tees and hoodies are produced on demand. Because these items are made specifically for each order, they are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable unless:

  • the item arrives damaged
  • the print is incorrect
  • the wrong item was sent

If this happens, we will replace it at no cost to you.


Small‑Batch Items 

Small‑batch garments can be returned or exchanged within the 14‑day window, provided they are in original condition.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description
  • clear photos of the issue

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow a few days for processing depending on your bank.
